Coulston Park Committee of Management

This committee manages and coordinates the use of the Coulston Park facility. 

The committee's functions and responsibilities are:

  1. The management and coordination of the Coulston Park facilities and activities.
  2.  The active promotion of the use of the park and its facilities.
  3. To actively pursue developmental opportunities that will facilitate the future community use of the facility.
  4. The active pursuit of community consultation on development proposals for the facility.
  5. The preparation of funding submissions for projects designed to enhance the facility.
  6. To work with Council to develop and improve the facilities and with Council's approval conduct fundraising activities to benefit the development of the facility.

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each quarter.  

2025: 12 February, 14 May, 13 August (AGM), 12 November.

Meetings are held at the Community Centre, Coulston Park, starting at 7.30pm.
