The role of this committee is to manage and coordinate the use of the Stanley Soldiers Memorial Hall and Athenaeum facilities.
This committee's functions and responsibilities are:
2024: 24 January, 27 March, 22 May, 24 July, 25 September (AGM), 27 November.
Meetings are held bi-monthly on the 4th Wednesday and start at 7pm (7.30pm in daylight savings months) at the Athenaeum Hall.
