Stanley Soldiers Memorial Hall and Athenaeum Committee of Management

The role of this committee is to manage and coordinate the use of the Stanley Soldiers Memorial Hall and Athenaeum facilities.

This committee's functions and responsibilities are:

To manage and administer the Hall and Athenaeum in a proper and accountable manner.
To maintain efficient and effective control over income and expenditure.
To ensure effective promotion of the use of the Hall and Athenaeum by residents, community organisations and commercial groups.
To ensure a wide range of community arts, culture and entertainment programs are fostered, to give residents a choice of leisure time activities.
In association with the Council, to maintain control of all modifications, renovations and maintenance to the buildings and their surrounds.

Meetings are held bi-monthly and start at 7pm (7.30pm in daylight savings months) at the Athenaeum Hall.
