From 28 January through until mid-March 2025, Indigo Shire residents may receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.

This company has been commissioned to conduct the annual community satisfaction survey on behalf of Council.

The survey has been designed to assess how we’re performing and where we may need to make improvements in our service delivery.

The survey will involve 400 interviews conducted among a residents from across the Shire, chosen at random.

Council does not provide the company or any other third party with contact details for community members when undertaking these surveys.

If you receive a call, keep in mind that:

  • The caller will always identify as National Field Services and introduce themselves by name (e.g. Mark from National Field Services);
  • They will always say how long they expect the survey to take; and,
  • Calls will come from a landline number with the prefix (03) 9977, and will not be from a mobile number.

We appreciate you taking the time to assist us with your valuable feedback.

Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential. Only the overall results are shared with Council.
