Indigo Shire Council is inviting interested groups, individuals or entities to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the occupancy of the Mayday Hills Beechworth Childcare & Kindergarten Centre for the purposes of operating a Kindergarten and Childcare Service from 1 January 2026.
Council is seeking EOIs from a provider that is responsible for overall service planning and delivery from the entire site.
This will not preclude the possibility of multiple entities forming a partnership, or consortium, to provide a range of services from the site. Collaborative EOIs in this form will be welcomed provided there is an overarching governance structure and single point of contact for the entire site.
- Applicants will be required to demonstrate their proposed service planning and delivery model and use for the building and how that will benefit the Community, particularly addressing Council’s requirement for the provision of Kindergarten and both Short and Long Day Childcare Services.
- Applicants are required to demonstrate how they can maximise the use of the facility and respond to Community needs including wait lists.
How to submit an EOI
All responses to this EOI must be in writing and clearly marked “EOI – Mayday Hills Beechworth Childcare & Kindergarten Services EOI 24/6832” and submitted by 2.00 pm, Friday 17 January 2025 through any of the following means.
