Gender Equity Action Plan

In 2021 we introduced our first Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP).

We're committed to promoting gender equality in the workplace through a number of objectives and targeted strategies which are outlined within the GEAP. Using an intersectional lens we recognise that people may experience multiple forms of disadvantage or discrimination related to sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, ethnicity, religion or disability along with other attributes. 

We'll strive to create and maintain a workplace culture and environment whereby we attract, develop and retain an inclusive, high performing and engaged workforce.
