The aim of this evidence based strategy is to identify a vision, priority partnerships, strategies, programs and activities to enhance the lives and raise the wellbeing of young people aged 10-25 years of age who live, work or recreate in our Shire.
It will be used to guide our activities and investment in the youth service area over the next five years.
This strategy was adopted by Council on 28 May, 2019.
The Youth Mental Health Advocacy Plan was developed during a 12 month funded project to improve Indigo Shire Council young people’s access to mental health support services. The plan includes short, medium and long term goals.
