The Committee of Management is appointed to oversee and manage all sporting and recreational activities within the boundaries of the Recreation Reserve, the land and assets contained within the Recreation Reserve are owned by DEWLP
The Committee is also responsible for all maintenance and upgrades to the all assets with the boundaries of the Recreation Reserve.
The Committee liaises closely with the various user groups that utilise the facilities at the Recreation Reserve. These groups include the Chiltern Football Netball Club and The Chiltern Barnawartha Miners Cricket Club.
