Hi, I'm Jen

I have a school aged son who loves reading and technology. Our cat is 16 years old, so sleeps his day away separate from the children.

I completed certificate III in childrens services in 2012 and diploma in childrens services in 2014.

I hold a current first aid certificate - provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting, which includes asthma and anaphylaxis certificates.

I believe that children need the best possible start in life. Being an early years childhood educator in my own home gives opportunities for children in my care to learn through playing and having great fun in a warm loving home environment.

I aim for this to be their home away from home, where they can grow and develop at their own individual pace with learning designed around your child’s needs, strengths and interests.

I encourage your participation in your child’s learning, through your own ideas and opinions, and I believe strongly in an open line of communication.

I am committed to the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and ensure that my educational program for your child meets the elements of the National Quality Standard.

My home is allergy friendly, please feel free to discuss your requirements with me. Currently we are peanut, cashew, pistachio and raw egg free.
