Kiewa Valley Primary School

Kiewa Valley Primary School is located in the township of Tangambalanga in the beautiful Kiewa Valley, but still only 20km from Albury/Wodonga, with a population of 186 students.  Approximately sixty percent of our students travel to school by bus from nearby communities such as Kergunyah, Gundowring, Charleroi, Huon, Kiewa and Allans Flat.  We serve a wide range of different communities, who share our school as a common link to one another.

Within our school grounds we also have an Early Learning Centre which incorporates both Child Maternal Health (managed by Indigo Shire), and the Kindergarten (managed by Kiewa Valley Kids Kindergarten). This makes for a smooth and successful transition for students and families as they move from one area to another, giving the Kindergarten students the use of school facilities when required.  We also operate a Before and After School Care program which is managed by our School Council.
