Community facilities

We manage a number of community facilities such as halls, community centres, libraries, swimming pools, the Carlyle Cemetery and more.

If you are hiring one of our facilities, or a facility managed by one of our Community Asset Committees and would like to apply for community liability insurance, please complete this application form.

Carlyle Cemetery

Established in 1865, Carlyle Cemetery sits on six acres of Crown Land, with an additional six acres aside for future growth

Chiltern Community Hub

The brand new Chiltern Community Hub, which houses our Customer Service Centre, library, Maternal and Child Health Services as well as a kindergarten, is now open.

Halls

Our halls are utilised by regular community groups and can be hired by the public.

We have library branches at Beechworth, Chiltern, Rutherglen and Yackandandah.
