Volunteering in the Historic Precinct is a great way to learn more about your community, make new friends and help make a difference.
We have volunteers involved across the Historic Precinct, from greeting visitors in the Telegraph Station and working behind the scenes at the Burke Museum to sharing local knowledge of our beautiful town and region in the Visitor Information Centre.
We are always on the lookout for more volunteers to join our friendly team. We provide a full induction and regular meetings, professional development and social events.
We have volunteer opportunities seven days a week, from two hours to a half or whole day.
Police and Working with Children Checks are required but paid for by Council.
