Community access to the Kiewa River has been a priority for residents of Kiewa Tangambalanga for many years. This Masterplan is a significant step in this process and shows the community that Council has listened and is actively implementing the actions from the Kiewa Tangambalanga Placemaking Strategy.
Access to the river will ensure greater recreational and social connection opportunities for residents as they gather at the site, swim and walk along the river’s edge.
This Masterplan was adopted by Council on 14 December, 2021.
