We undertake building inspections depending on the type of construction taking place. All works will require a final/occupancy inspection. Our inspectors are qualified in Victoria. We will also attend and investigate any building works carried out without the appropriate permits. The Building Act 1993 prescribes a penalty of $10,000 for any persons who do work without a permit ($50,000 to any company).
You will be required to get inspections but this depends on the type of construction taking place. Please read your permit application form carefully. All works require a final/occupancy inspection. If in doubt, please contact us.
